Digital Courses (Masterclass, Mini Course)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with the course content within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Course access will be revoked upon refund processing
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
Investigation Toolkit
Due to the immediately downloadable nature of the toolkit, we offer a 14-day refund window. If the toolkit does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Hinchy's Shield App (Subscription)
Subscription refunds are handled as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for the current month.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you may cancel but will retain access until the end of the annual period.
- To cancel, visit your account settings or contact us directly.
Family Plan (Subscription)
Family Plan subscriptions follow the same refund terms as the Hinchy's Shield App subscriptions above. Cancellation applies to the entire family group.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your name and email address associated with the purchase
- The product you purchased
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Fraudulent purchase activity
- Repeated refund requests (purchasing and refunding multiple times)
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution
Promotional Purchases
Products purchased with promotional codes or discounts are eligible for refund of the amount actually paid. Bundle discounts are refunded proportionally based on individual product values.
