The Hinchy Report offers digital educational products and security tools, including:
To access purchased products, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases or active subscriptions until renewal.
Subscription products (Hinchy's Shield App, Family Plan) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
All content, including but not limited to video lessons, PDF guides, app software, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of The Hinchy Report and Patrick Hinchy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
